    After review, Customer Service will provide the return or exchange address and instructions. Please package the item properly according to the instructions and retain the shipping receipt.

    We will complete a refund, reshipment, or other follow-up processing within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons, such as incorrect size or personal preference, the buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping.
  • For returns/exchanges due to quality issues, wrong shipment, or shipping damage, Longzhourencai will cover shipping costs.

5. Refunds

    Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If the original method of return is not possible, we will negotiate an alternative refund method.
