- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the address, weight, and package volume.
- International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipping Methods and Tracking

- We will provide a tracking number after shipment, and you can check the shipping progress in real time on the carrier's website.
5. Address and Shipping Notes

6. Lost or Damaged Package Handling
- Lost: If the shipping status is abnormal, please get in touch with us within seven business days. We will assist the carrier in investigating and provide a replacement or refund.
- Damaged: Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receipt and provide your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, reissue, or refund.
- Buyer's Responsibility: If the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address, no one to sign for it, or refusal of delivery, the buyer will be responsible for all related liabilities and expenses.
